A must-have for every knitter or crocheter, this tool securely holds hanks or skeins of yarn in place during the winding process.

To begin, simply attach the swift to a table or countertop. Start with the umbrella in the downward position, place the hank's loop over the swift, and gently pull it so the opposite side of the hank aligns with the center of the umbrella. Then, use your spare hand to adjust the umbrella clamp, expanding it to snugly encircle the hank's circumference. Secure the clamp, and you're ready to start winding!

Crafted with metal hardware for durability, the swift's screws are designed with plastic stoppers to prevent scratching when attaching it to a table. For optimal results, pair it with the Knit Picks Ball Winder.

Dimensions: Approximately 26" (66cm) in diameter (68"/173cm circumference) and 26" (66cm) tall when fully open. The clamp opening accommodates tables up to 1 1/2" thick.
